“Date Night” Couple's Wine Dinner, Friday February, 12th, 6-9 PM— $75 per couple: SOLD OUT!
Enjoy a wonderful night of great food and wine.  Using all the aphrodisiacs we can muster, this class is made to spice up the romance.

Kids' Valentine Class, Saturday February 13th, 11:30am – 1:30pm $25.00 (Ages 5 and up)

"Let Food Be Your Medicine”, Thursday February 18th, 6-9pm  $35.00 Learn Simple Chinese Dishes To Improve Your Health!
Joel Thielen L.Ac. will discuss the principles of Chinese nutrition where foods are divided not by food groups of western nutrition, but by the element the food represent.  Foods are grouped with an element based primarily on flavor.  They are also classed as yin or yang based on weather the food is cooling or warming, and the style of cooking.  There are traditionally five flavors, each associated with one of the traditional five elements of Chinese theory.  Five element theory is a model of the natural cycles and flows in the natural world.  The human body is considered to be finely tuned to nature's cycles.
Menu: Pork and Water Chestnut Jook, Cabbage Salad, Chicken and Tofu Stir-fry Over Rice and Baked Apples with Cherries, Anise and Almonds

Tween/Teen Cooking, Saturday February, 20th, 11-2 PM—$25 (Ages 10-16)
Pasta, pasta and more pasta. Have fun making a variety of savory stuffed ravioli & sauces, plus chocolate ravioli for dessert

Soups and Stews, Tuesday, February, 23rd, 6-9 PM—$35Stay warm this winter with some easy soups and stews you and your family will love.

Mexican Fiesta, Thursday February, 25th, 6-9 PM—$35 Menu: Chili Con Queso w/ Chips, Chimichangas De Carne De Res (Shredded Beef), Red Snapper Veracruz, Spicy Black Beans, Mexican Rice and Churros

Paella 101, Tuesday March, 2nd, 6-9 PM—$35
Enjoy traditional seafood paella, meat paella, and vegetable paella.

The Art of Pie Making, Sunday March 7th, 11:30-3pm $35.00
This hands-on class will help you perfect your pie making by learning how to make the prefect pie crust and fillings.
Menu: Individual Chicken Pot Pies, Lemon Meringue Pie, Death by Chocolate French Silk Pie, Greek Walnut Pie, and Cranberry Apple Lattice Tart

The Joy of Pizza, Thursday March, 11th, 6-9 PM—$35 Reuben Pizza on Rye Crust, Seafood Alfredo on Garlic Crust, Chicago Style Pizza, Wild Mushrooms, Balsamic Onion, Spinach and Goat Cheese Pizza, and Rocky Road Cookie Pizza.

Sushi, Thursday March, 18th, 6-9 PM—$35

March 20th, 1-3 PM—FREE: Two Onion Farm and The Small Family CSA Farm will be at Cookin Something Up to answer questions on becoming a CSA Member.
Pick up your veggies at Cookin' Something Up on Friday afternoons all summer long, delivered directly from the farm!
